How can I activate my account on my mobile browser?
You can activate your account on your mobile browser!
To activate your account:
- Open your mobile web browser (Chrome is recommended) and go to: https://activate.linxup.com/getstarted/
- You will be directed to the Activation Page where you will finish your account registration. Fill out the following information:
- Activation Code: Enter the Activation Code found on your device.
- Vehicle trackers and asset trackers have the activation codes listed on the device labels.
- ATLT Daily trackers and Mini trackers have the activation codes on the box they arrive in.
- The Stand Alone Dash Cam activation code is the serial number found on the camera itself and is displayed on the screen.
- First and Last Name: Enter your first and last name.
- Email Address: Please use the email address you provided when completing the order.
- Create/Confirm Your Password: Make it strong and secure!
- Read through our Terms & Conditions and then click the checkbox to agree before clicking ‘Next.'
- Activation Code: Enter the Activation Code found on your device.
NOTE: If you just activated your account, your activation code you entered on the previous screen should auto populate in the New Tracker Activation pop up found in step 6.
If the New Tracker Activation box does not automatically appear, follow the steps below to activate your device.
- Log in to your Linxup portal: https://www.linxup.com/login.html
- Navigate to the Tracker Setup page.
- Select ‘Add New Tracker’ from the top right corner to open the New Tracker Activation box.
- Enter your activation code.
- Vehicle trackers and asset trackers have the activation codes listed on the device labels.
- ATLT Daily trackers and Mini trackers have the activation codes on the box they arrive in.
- Camera serial numbers are the activation codes.
- The Dash Cam activation code is found on the camera itself and is displayed on the screen.
- The linxCam activation code is found on the camera itself and on the box it arrives in.
- Name your tracker based on the naming convention you use to manage your vehicles.
- Some common ways to name your vehicle: Blue Truck, Van ##, Sophie’s Car, Ford F150, Tractor ###, etc.
Congratulations! You have now set up your first device and your portal has been activated for use. From here, you can either choose to activate more trackers or complete the process and begin using your system and your Mobile App.
Where can I activate a tracker for my account on the Mobile App?
You can activate a tracker using the app!
- Start by going to the ‘More’ icon at the bottom of the app.
- Tap ‘Setup.’
- Tap ‘Tracker Setup.’
- From the Tracker Setup menu, tap the ‘Add’ icon. This will bring up the Tracker Activation screen and you can enter your tracker’s activation code.

Where can I activate a camera for my account?
You can activate a camera using the app!
- Start by going to the ‘More’ icon at the bottom of the app.
- Tap ‘Setup.’
- Tap ‘Cameras.’
- From the Cameras menu, tap the ‘Add’ icon. This will bring up the Camera Activation screen and you can enter your camera’s activation code.

Where can I view videos and clips associated with my alerts?
To view videos linked to your alerts:
- Select the ‘Alerts’ icon.
- Select the ‘Videos’ icon to access all available videos.
- This feature is accessible for all user types.
Where can I add a new Driver ID Key Fob?
To add a new Driver ID Fob:
- Select the ‘More’ icon from the bottom of the screen.
- Tap ‘Setup.'
- Select the ‘Driver ID Fobs’ menu.
- Tap ‘Add New’ in the top right corner. This will bring up the Driver ID Fob Setup screen and you can take a picture of your Fob’s QR code or enter it to add it to your account.

Where can I view and/or edit Driver ID Key Fobs?
To find the Driver ID Fobs menu:
- Select the ‘More’ icon from the bottom of the screen.
- Tap ‘Setup.'
- Select the ‘Driver ID Fobs’ menu. A list will display of current Fobs on your account.
- Tap a Fob in the list in order to make edits.

Where can I manage the users for my account?
To manage users on your account:
- Select the ‘More’ icon at the bottom of the app.
- Tap ‘Setup.'
- Tap ‘User Management.'
- From the User Management menu, you can view the list of users on your account. Tap any User to view more details or make changes.

Where can I add new users to my account?
To add new users on your account:
- Select the ‘More’ icon at the bottom of the app.
- Tap ‘Setup.’
- Tap ‘User Management.’
- Tap the ‘+’ Add new icon at the top right of the app.
- Select a User Type.
- Tap ‘Next.’
- Enter the details for the User that you would like to add to your account.
- Tap ‘Save.’ The user will be sent an email with a temporary password to log in.

Where can I assign a Driver to a vehicle?
To assign a Driver to a vehicle:
- Start by going to the ‘More’ icon at the bottom of the app.
- Tap ‘Setup.’
- Tap ‘User Management.’
- From the User Management menu, you can view the list of users on your account.
- Tap any Driver that you would like to assign to a Vehicle.
- Tap the ‘Assigned Vehicle’ row and then select which Vehicle you would like the Driver to be assigned to.
- Tap the back arrow.
- Tap ‘Save’ to complete assigning a Driver to a Vehicle. Tracking data will be updated immediately.
